What are the best aspects of this product?

The CRM platform of EventOnApp is best suited for sending/scheduling personalized communication via Email, messaging, or push notifications to your audience. The app also has inbuilt registration, check-in, and payment that can help you go completely paperless. You can also monitor the same in real-time on the inbuilt analytic platform. The custom chatbots on the app also come in handy for answering FAQs and drawing the audience’s attention to relevant event components.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I did not any problematic issue

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

CRM or Audience relationship management is a priority for my team throughout the event life-cycle. It also is one of the event functions that used to burn out a big chunk of our financial, human, and time resources, especially in events with large footprints.
EventOnApp provided the ideal solution by giving a robust CRM platform that accommodates a high degree of customization and flexibility across different mediums of communication without losing the sense of personalization that traditional CRM provide. It helped us deliver an event experience that met both the needs of our team and the expectations of the audience.
