What are the best aspects of this product?
We avail the paid event plan and the platform charges us for every ticket sold. The price is pretty high. It would be nice if they offer an all-inclusive rate that does not charge a fee per ticket sold, just like other similar platforms that charge a flat fee per week, month or year.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Generally, this tool has optimized our workflow and made essential processes easier to handle. For instance, promoting our events has been easier than ever, thanks to the platform's digital design as well as marketing tools. It let us leverage some of our communication channels including email and Facebook to advertise our events. Aside from event promotion, the platform has also made it easier to sell tickets and accept payments online.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Data about an event can be stored in the cloud which means we are able to manage and access any information we need anytime and anywhere. It's very convenient and helps us work efficiently. Speaking of efficiency, the ability to add multiple users to manage a single account is also very helpful. Since there are many individuals that manage a single event, tasks are typically finished fast. There is someone working on each element of the event like surveys and forms. The platform itself is amazing. The features available are simple and straightforward. Its interface is also easy to navigate. It generally streamline our event management processes.
