What are the best aspects of this product?

I am able to post events and even send invitations free of charge. I work for a non-profit organization and the platform's free service has been really helpful to us. Apart from posting events, it also helps us know the exact number of attendees and ensure that they don't forget about the event by sending them reminders.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think with less or no experience using computer, it would be definitely hard to figure out how to do things with this tool. It took me a while before I figure out how to print name tags, where to see the list of participants, or what to click to go to the event menu.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped us reach and provide assistance to the less fortunate individuals including refugees, unaccompanied minors, asylum seekers, and families separated at the country's border.
