What are the best aspects of this product?

That customers pay through the site, before the event.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I registered as a Basic user but was charged for Pro. The site applied an end-of-sales date I put in for one event to all of them, resulting in 14 days of lost sales. The dashboard does not make it easy to find information. Help requests are not replied to promptly. The display seen by customers does unhelpful things like displaying a large red banner saying that there are no tickets for sale before they select a date for recurring events (if they get that far and notice the box). Even the English on the site has basic errors.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I will not be using this product in the future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It solved the problem of finding an automatic ticketing solution, but introduced a host more.
