Great event management tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

It offers everything we need to manage events from start to finish. We use it for promoting and managing pre-registration process, communicating with attendees after the event, and many more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had a bit of a hard time uploading custom logos and images during the set up. But that's it. Everything else is great. It's been an amazing platform for managing our health & wellness events.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used to rely on phone calls and email to communicate with everyone involved in an event and to attendees. It's challenging. But everything has changed and our life has become easier since using this solution. Event registration has become easier and more convenient for our attendees. We are able to collect more contact details which we used for event promotion purposes. We are able to leverage the power of social media tools. At the end of the day, this solution is helping us reach more audience and have more individuals register for our event.
