Great tool for keeping track of the number of participants

What are the best aspects of this product?

Ease of getting event attendees information and keeping them on track.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is not interactive with outlook. Also, I don't like utilizing many different solutions as far as client services.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We offer client relation opportunities, happy hours, as well as education classes and EZ makes it easier to capture information about our attendees, communicate with them regarding the events, and keep them on track.
