What are the best aspects of this product?

It's easy to create events. I just integrate the platform with my own website and post the event there directly. No need to code, which makes it great even for less tech-savvy individuals.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Tbh, I can't find any drawback of using this platform. But I'd wish they offer an option that would make creation of similar events easier and less redundant. Offering multiple date options with a menu for class registration that can just be pulled down would be nice.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to accept registrations as well as payments online with ease. I love that this platform works with almost all types of payment processing.
