What are the best aspects of this product?
We have implemented Eventzilla a year ago and so far it's performing fairly well. Its event manager has been very helpful, the customer service is very responsive, and the pricing structure is awesome. We also love its non-profit discounts. It's cost-effective.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Whenever we modify something, EZ takes about three minutes to update the website and reflect the changes made. Also, there are times when we cannot log in to the system.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before implementing this platform, we were using Shopping Cart for member registration and payment collection. It's good but also pricey and we have to deal with site security certification. So we decided to shift to EZ because its rate is way lower and allows us to use any payment processing service (we are currently using PayPal). It's also easy to use. We are able to create events fast and collect payments with so much ease.
