The main app I use for managing events

What are the best aspects of this product?

It offers many free tools. It's very beneficial for me because most of the events I organize are non-profit which means I don't generate money from them and I don't have funds to pay for premium features. Also, it lets me manage multiple events with ease.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The credit card fees are quite expensive. Although this is common with other similar solutions, it would be nice if they consider lowering the fees. Another concern is about creating the same event. I once accidentally created an event that is supposed to be free in the platform's paid event and wasn't able to change it to free.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Managing several different events has become easier. The ability to integrate the tool with my WordPress site has also been helpful especially in promoting events or making announcements. I also love the ability to embed a calendar; been really useful in keeping track of the upcoming events.
