What are the best aspects of this product?

It's the best tool I've ever used in its price range. You can get it for free or pay some bucks to get more out of it. I initially use the free version and just upgrade it after a while. The upgrade cost me $10. Not bad for a platform that can be used even by the least tech-savvy attendee, lets you create professional looking invitations, makes the process of gathering information a breeze, and many more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes, some features don't work as expected. Everytime I encounter an error, I reach out to their customer support and they do respond quickly and help me fix the problem. So the amazing customer service makes up for this shortcoming. Btw, some of the problems I encountered turned out to be completely user error.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to save money. We used to pay a hefty amount of money for the event registration tools we utilized before. But with eventzilla, we're able to create events free of charge. It's a cost-effective tool and also very effective and helpful.
