What are the best aspects of this product?
It's so easy to use and convenient. Using this service we were able to get sign off on a project while the client was travelling oversees. We're cancelling our fax line, no need for it anymore. The audit trail is just amazing, you can see when a document was opened and signed. Doesn't get any better than this.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Initially we had some problems downloading the signed documents but got it work eventually.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Can't think of anything right now.

It reduced the time span from sending out a project agreement to getting it back signed and approved.
