What are the best aspects of this product?
The ability to sign leagally binding contracts completely online. This is something that various companies have tried to do but they have not been recongnized as legally binding. The user interface is one of my favorite features. It is easy to use and easy to navigate. The platform also supports various document formats which is very useful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The lack of a mobile app is something I would really like to see in the future.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The development of a mobile app would be increasingly useful for the ever growing digital age.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
For me the ease of sending documents to clients and investors has been simplified. They also accept the platform.
