What are the best aspects of this product?

EveryAction features an efficient database that can carry the complete information we need. It is efficient when generating reports too. For instance, it is easy to choose some donors, then determine the amount of their donation for a month, a year and so on. Moreover, it features a wonderful emailing tool, as well as a comprehensive but easy to use analytics.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Creating reports and preparing targeted email is quite complicated. Thankfully, EveryAction has helpful training resources on their site.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

EveryAction is terrific in boosting our marketing efforts through multiple channels. Since we’ve begun using it, we instantly noticed a drastic increase of receivers opening the emails we’ve sent to them.
