What are the best aspects of this product?

EveryAction carries many powerful options for not for profit organizations in one platform. And it doesn’t compromise ease of use especially for people who aren’t that tech-savvy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

User support as well as being transparent when issues occur is insufficient. There is a time, for example, when a feature suddenly fails to work for a few hours during our operations. We haven’t received appropriate assistance during those hours. EveryAction has failed in providing us with enough explanation about the incident as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My clients love EveryAction because it is an all in one solution that satisfies all their demands; thus, they do not need to run multiple apps for their org. EveryAction is efficient in doing awareness dissemination, donation management as well as email marketing among other tasks. This helps pull information together, which is important in maintaining updated data for everybody to view. Also, this gives my clients the capability to take an overview perception throughout all their audience, supporters, donors and advocates among other related people.
