PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Amazingly adaptable depending on our organization’s needs. We can easily customize its features so it would suit our operations. The tool is helping us accomplish different work, such as keeping a list of supporters and keeping them up-to-date with our activities. This is so useful for handling events, as well as for managing donations through the web and making “thank you” responses accordingly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

EveryAction is difficult to learn especially with its hard to understand training materials. Its UI isn’t that smooth to use as well. Nonetheless, I observe they improve as time passes by.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am managing the customer relationship system of a non-profit org with the use of EveryAction. This helps us focus on the right track according to the organization's missions and goals, even if we receive more than a million-dollar amount of cash as a yearly budget.
