Free and user-friendly

What are the best aspects of this product?

First off, I think it's great that this is free. I also like how straightforward it makes the process since I can take a guest list from a previous event and invite those same people to a new one. I also appreciate that there are a lot of customization options available to me. The fact that people are so familiar with this tool is also something that I appreciate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There isn't much to complain about. I do wish that you didn't have to pay to gain access to some of the best designs, but that is a minor complaint.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool comes very handy for us when it comes to inviting people over to events or celebrations outside of work hours.
