Really useful when it comes to planning an event

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a lot of things that I like about this. For one thing, I have so many options when it comes to templates. I also appreciate how easy it is to keep track of who is attending. I like that I can see the status of the guests and that I can reach out to those who have not responded and sent them reminders. The option to email only those attending is also something that I appreciate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish there were more customization options once you pick a template to use. I'd also like to see a function for sorting, because the current version doesn't allow for this. I still have to download the guest list as an Excel file if I want to do any advanced sorting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One of the best benefits of using this is how much easier it is to monitor guests attendance. Reaching out and reminding guests to respond can also be done without any hassle now. I can even filter them into people who have RSVPd and people who have not.
