Honestly, I don't have anything I dislike about this and I've been using this for some time now.

Our organization has found it easier to organize events thanks to this tool. The invites sent using this app look more formal than something we would do on a word processing document, and it has helped us have a more professional image. This has also helped us to save on time and money, since we no longer have to make physical invites and mail them out to people.
