What are the best aspects of this product?

It is the secret weapon of our IT department. They can now provide support to our staff regardless of whether they are working in the office or remotely at home. It's a cloud-based program, so it's easier for them to do this irrespective of the location. It's easier for the IT department to manage their work. Our PCs are more secured as well with VDI.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Any issues with the VDI affects our operations. When their system is down, we have a hard time logging in to our own computers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to address connectivity issues that we regularly encounter. It's also good to have a single software that can be used to address various issues and manage our IT resources.
