What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that it allows me to access my desktop, files, and apps anywhere I go, as long as I have the software installed on my mobile device and there's internet!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's really inconvenient when there's a connectivity issue. It stops our work.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We no longer have to manually transfer files using storage devices to access them using another computer. We can now open it using another device directly from the computer where it's saved.
