What are the best aspects of this product?

It allows me to access my computer and apps anytime, anywhere, using another device.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't understand why it logs me out sometimes. Also, I'm not too fond of it when it slows down.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's really beneficial for our employees, especially during this pandemic. They can work from home and still access their office files and programs.
