Virtual Desktop is user-friendly. It's function to have access to files and software remotely is really helpful for work-from-home setups.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It requires internet access for it to function fully. The only way to work on it offline is to download the files you need and re-upload them to the system when you're connected.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We get to maintain our productivity hours even if we're working outside the office.
