Reliable software!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Virtual Desktop allows me to 1. access my computer using other devices, 2. keep connected to the office, 3. share and manage files remotely. I'd also like to commend their customer service team because they are awesome and reliable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It slows down from time to time. I also experienced some lags and freezes at the most inconvenient time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It gave us a safe and secured space to share our business files and programs.
