PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I needed something for my team that was embedded within Outlook. We spend our day there and no one wants to go outside of the Outlook app for tasks or communications or notes. But, we also want to customize the program to our requirements not the other way around. But, we are not able to spend tens of thousands of dollars. So, eWay offers us everything we needed. Plus, we were able to add workflows to save time. Great customer support. Really smart, sharp group of people. A pleasure to work with over the last 6 or more years.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to see more reporting options. While there are a number of ways to report out information, I am always wanting the way that has not yet been added.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Using the IOS app, the ability to have a journal pop up during or after a call so I can make notes immediately.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I needed all communications, notes, tasks and calendar dates in one place that was easily accessible by my team. And, I needed it all within Outlook. And I needed to customize it. And I didn't want to spend a lot of money. eWay fit all of my requirements.
