What are the best aspects of this product?
Business analytics are very useful. Most screens are very functional and easy for users to follow.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When there are system or program problems, it takes a while for things to get fixed. You'll get a quick response from CSR's but then if it goes into programming, you may wait months or longer. However, unless you are convinced to spend more money with upgrades, you may be stuck with what you have. It seems there is much time spent on newer versions but not enough time correctly the problems with the older versions.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Better integrated time keeping software
