What are the best aspects of this product?

I found the program very easy to navigate and get used to using.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some functions are not set up to agree with accounting standards or guidelines which means more work for month end purposes. There are lots of repetitive information to enter into multiple different "tables" with no cross checking between tables.
The support team are an absolute nightmare. Leave tickets open for month with no resolve. Don't have any accounting background so don't fully understand issues or expectations. No checks and balances in place to ensure errors don't occur. (eg. Can easily have an unbalanced TB, Entries disappear from the system daily). Overall just an extremely poor accounting ERP, and I would never recommend this product to anyone wanting a safe system to use.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Production module to account for increasing and decreasing inventory codes based on automated production entries from an add in or something similar.
