What are the best aspects of this product?
An amazing delivery platform. Helps us to improve our delivery and our ROI. The customer service is the best, they respond quickly, they understand our company’s model and helps us to improve our approach. We asked for customer reporting feature that will helps us to see click and open statics of various IPS like Yahoo, Gmail, Msn and others. They reworked their reporting platform to meet our needs and accommodate to our requests. I can surely say that you won’t get this kind of support from other software.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing to dislike. I had some issues with the reporting interface and they fixed that without delay. I needed some extra time to learn about managing lists and campaigns.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Deliverability is our most important thing, because we have huge email list and we need to get in touch with over a million subscribers each month. So can you imagine, we need to send over a million emails each month to all our members. Express Pigeon helps us in deliverability.
