What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been a victim of identity theft in the past, and it cripples your ability to do a lot of things, especially if you rely on a credit score. Even the smallest of things that you do can be impacted. That is why I like this VPN because it gives you privacy and shields you from a lot of people who may be spying on your digital data and looking to use it for activities that may not be legal.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing I think they can improve on is allowing us to use it for multiple channels. I want to be able to use it for work and home connections separately. I would also prefer that this be offered for free, I think service providers should be protecting us rather than making a profit.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Security when surfing the net, data are kept safe even if I am at home.
