Encountered almost no issues when in use

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like how there is practically no tracking that goes on when I use this VPN, which really assures me that my privacy is being protected. I also appreciate that I have a good amount of choices when it comes to servers to use. There is also a negligible effect on my connection speed, and I like that a lot.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While I don't encounter a lot of problems when I use this, there have been instances where I've had to either restart or reinstall it. I think this is something they can improve in future versions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A benefit that we've had since using this VPN is that multiple connections that we use can be made completely anonymous with the use of firmware for router replacement.
