What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the network lock feature, once enabled it allows one to connect to a secure internet only and disconnects when the net available is not safe. This feature gives me peace of mind and data security.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think improvements can be made on the PC app. When I put a PC laptop to sleep while connected to this VPN, it ends up in a constant connecting loop, pestering me with the notification sound. I often end up refreshing the app and start over.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This VPN gave me the confidence to access the internet without having to worry that I'm being tracked or surveilled.
