Great to use in China

What are the best aspects of this product?

I work in China where most sites are inaccessible. I love that this VPN work exceptionally good there. With it, I can access Facebook, Google and our organization were also able to use an intranet tool blocked in that country. I appreciate how I've been able to work smoothly thanks to this VPN. On a more personal note, I have also been able to use Skype to keep in touch with my family and my friends. I have also utilized its iPhone version but I've encountered some issues with that.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think they could make the price more affordable because other VPNs come with a free monthly amount and a reasonable subscription fee if you ever go over the free amount. One of the reasons I still ended up using this VPN is how great it works in China. The iPhone version is so frustrating, I get disconnecting often and I ended up using a different VPN instead. Maybe that was because the phone was using a national provider and not a WiFi connection like with my laptop? Either way, this is something that they should resolve.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, I haven't had any trouble accessing online service even if I'm in a country that restricts access to certain sites on the internet.
