What are the best aspects of this product?

This VPN has given me the confidence that my data is well protected and secured. It makes me feel good knowing my any sensitive data are well kept and safe from hackers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I only wish that there's an option to auto-log once I open my computer. While I appreciate that login ensures data security, logging back every time does take a while.
