What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing I like best about this VPN is how user-friendly it is. The interface is easy to follow, even for someone who has no background using a VPN. The automatic disconnect feature is also something I like. I also appreciate the protection it provides your IP address and identity since there are a lot of unsavory people going through that and buying and selling it for purposes you may not approve of. I like that they give you the option to pick the region you want to connect to, that way you can view content that may be region-specific. I know people will appreciate the fact that this VPN has made online interactions much more simple than before. I also like that they let you conduct a speed test to get the best connection from your actual location.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think they could lower the price since there are other similar VPNs out in the market that are being sold at a more affordable price. But then again since this VPN works really great, a minimal additional fee compared to other VPN services is acceptable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Because of this tool, we had smooth communication and good collaboration with our international partners. The options are great and helpful.
