What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that in just one click you get quick access to the VPN. It finds and connects you to the closest available VPN automatically. At the same time, I like that you also get the option to change the settings and pick the region that you prefer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that it's very important that any user who gets disconnected gets a prompt notification or a warning about reconnection attempts to avoid exposing sensitive data. Currently, such notification is not available. One would not be aware that security is down at such a time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has been a great way to protect me from piracy tactics and hackers looking to exploit an area's IP addresses. This has also prevented copyright holders from making fraudulent claims.
