What are the best aspects of this product?

At $12.95 per month it’s not the cheapest around. But the feature set is consistent, support is reliable and overall performance is excellent. I haven’t had any disconnection or restriction happen to me. I’m satisfied with the price. You can get cheaper VPNs but consider the service. And if you subscribe for a year, the price drops to just $6.67 per month.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I did have a temporary setup issue on my Macbook but I changed to Windows 10 so I didn’t bother to resolve my old issue.
