Works well with Macs

What are the best aspects of this product?

The first thing that I appreciate was its compatibility with iOS, since deploying it was so easy on my iPhone and my Macbook. I also appreciate that I get a notification if the VPN goes down, as well as when it suggests hosts to me based on where I am located.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do wish that reconnections were automated. Currently, you have to do it manually in case a specifc host has an issue. It would be much more convenient if it just connected to the next viable one. I also wish that the speed of reconnecton was faster.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has been really helpful in getting us around China's web restrictions, allowing use to make use of certain url and cloud applications. China blocks Google, and almost all of our data, calendars, and the like are hosted on Google. Thanks to this VPN, we can access all of that and be able to conduct international business without compromising.
