What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a number of things that stand out. I like how easy it was to set up and how user-friendly it is. The connections always stay fast even after turning on the VPN.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have encountered issues when it comes to the network lock tool. I even have to reconnect, which sucks since the network lock tool is really handy.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The biggest benefit is that when we connect to an outside server, we can be confident that the connection is secure. This VPN has been a great way for us to not just test tools, but to also ensure that the information we have on our customers is protected.
