What are the best aspects of this product?
I like being able to get clients to go on self-service, including membership renewal.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The invoicing part could be improved. It would be nice to just tweak the date for recurring bills without having to change each form.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Having my clients check-in and provide all their membership data. We have more than 250 members, so it was able to help us track billing, renewals, and ensuring our members attend the classes the signed up for.
