What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that their support team always replies promptly to my email by emailing back or calling at most the next day. (Except of course on weekends.)
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great to improve the payments side, from invoicing to cash payment options.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to have one platform for all related documents on each member. We're also able to implement autopay and track payments for our members too.
