What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how Facebook Pages Manager is able to make use of the same interface on my smartphone, like that of my Facebook app. It makes it easier to use especially for those who those who struggle taking in new technology. I've improved communications within my school district (and other districts) as result of this product. It gave me full control of my school district's Facebook page whenever I'm out doing things. It informs me of image changes and putting out trendy emojis for mobile users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app won't allow to post videos from any smart device. It's not hard to get around with since we can always use one of our apps (Hootsuite) to do the job. If this is addressed, it would make things convenient in terms of usability just like that of its desktop version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The Facebook Pages Manager lets me post photos and info on-the-go between buildings in my school and events happening all over the district. It enabled me to delete or edit a post while I'm away from my computer. It saved me a lot of time. It gave me a chancce to cover greater ground of my district.
