What are the best aspects of this product?

In my personal opinion, I like how Facebook is user-friendly and easy to use. I love the fact that it's free. If you need help, they can assist you with additional charges. I like how I'm able to get alerts on the performance of my posts as well as weekly stats of my page.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, I receive statistic updates on my smartphone. When I click on them, I don't see the stats that were delivered via alerts. When it comes to Facebook page management, it's difficult do on smartphone. It could be because I have no idea what I'm doing. It appears that my smartphone lacks the functionality compared to that of a computer.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Currently, we're utilizing Facebook for our chiropractic business that kicked off over a year back. It's a great way of promoting our business. It keeps our community informed as to where we are. We also have the ability to acquire educational info, office updates, closings, hour changes, and etc. We even ran a contest via Facebook that raked in a lot of people on our page.
