A worthy switch from the standard Facebook app.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This app happens to be the best approach in managing all pages that an admin would want. I like how you can tick on/off alerts for every page, I love how I can easily respond to messages and upload the latest status updates. All these, while retaining the same functionality as that of Facebook's desktop version.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a bit clunky, to be honest. I feel it's not really that bad when it comes to the intuitiveness of its labelled/unlabelled icons. Its layout doesn't appear to be as conducive. I wish your Facebook ads can be seen in the pages manager. I'm pasting ads on my Facebook business pages, so why isn't it possible to such info there?

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When it comes to us, it's all about organizing Facebook pages for our clients. We need to easily monitor pages of our clients without the need to log into a computer. We also want to look into our pages, post updates on-the-go, and respond to messages quickly.
