An effective approach to organizing FB pages.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how a dedicated app is available for installing on the phone that's separate from the primary FB app. That way, you're able to preserve business and personal pages separately without going logging in and logging out. The app is user-friendly. Anyone who owns a Facebook account and has a FB app on their smart device can dive in and start using this app immediately. Expect little or no trouble at all when it comes to usage.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Right now, the app is still in its baby stages. It needs some fleshing out. Certain features aren't available (sharing posts, cross-posting, and etc...) and not user-friendly (editing posts, replying to followers, and etc...). At times, we had to get on a desktop PC just to carry out a simple task. It would've been a lot more convenient if we're able to do all of these things over our smart device.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It resolved the issue of no longer having to log in and log out of the primary FB app. It's convenient now to interact with our followers and do updates. We also appreciate being able to take pics and record videos on the road then posting them right a way. It's a huge advertising advantage for campus events and programs.
