What are the best aspects of this product?

Prior to this app, there was never an easy way dealing with FB pages in a smart device. Backend pages are different compared to those of personal pages. Swapping from one interface to the next was a challenge. But now, getting images to load, posting links, and checking out notifications across pages is a lot simpler. Things are a lot better now with this tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a bit difficult to mention what's not great since their service hasn't been great for a long while now. I'm at such a loss. Aside from that, there have been frequent hangups with the insights functionality, which showcases the amount of interaction you currently have with an audience. It can be terrible at times. It takes way too long to showcase precise numbers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Issues resolved include having the ability to interact with the audience easily. It's also able to do with this a lightning speed. Benefits acquired lets me spend more to ease back since I'm no longer resorting to shouting over the phone all day all because of the issues I've faced with Facebook.
