What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm totally in love with this app! I currently deal with a number of clients since I've been tasked as an admin for their Facebook pages. The Facebook Pages app gave me the chance to manage just about everything from my smartphone. Regardless where I'm at, I can do updates, watch out for insights, check reviews, peek into mentions, and everything else that I'd normally carry on in a desktop PC. I frequently do posts on-the-go whenever I attend a client function or if there's anything that needs to be done ASAP.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The one thing I hate is sharing posts is completely different compared to the computer version. I have way more options on my desktop PC in sharing with groups, timeline, and etc... This is unfortuante since I have no way in doing all this from the app itself.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A lot of my issues have been resolved thanks to this app. I call this a software that addressed all of my client and time management issues. Whenever a client calls me and asks me to do a Facbook post, I simply log in the app and post --- instantly! This can now be done even if you're in the middle of your errands or chilling out somewhere.
