What are the best aspects of this product?

It lets me gain easy access to a number of Facebook pages as an admin easily. Since my task is to manage a number of pages for organizations and work, it's simpler to keep tab on everything. I can easily be kept on the loop for any notifications and events. I love using this app on my smartphone. It keeps things convenient whenever I'm out of the office.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In general, Facebook pages tend to get clunky and a bit irritating to handle. The layout change is something you wouldn't recommend for marketing. We shouldn't be making click-through steps. Sadly, the latest layout does. I'd also want data to be there for comparison for an extended time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to deploy info swifly to the right audience is what makes us a lot more relevant. We utilize our pages to help promote our programs. We also use them to spread news of the options available. We share information so our clients can be updated on what we're currently working on and what the future will be like. It assists us in having a format to effecitvely deal with evolving requirements triggered by generation gaps and what it'll translate to getting the message out.
