What are the best aspects of this product?

We all know how huge thing a Facebook network is, the fact is that it is easy to use and it is user friendly social media. When it comes to this app I have to say that I like that it is easy and free to use, even if you need and assistance you will get it free as well. The good thing is that the “help button” can answer all your concerns. It provides me with notifications about the performances of the posts and weekly stats of page’ performance. I like that I can manage my pages via mobile device.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes when I get updates on my mobile device and when I click on them I couldn’t find the stats. In my experience the process of managing pages via phone is not as user friendly as managing them from desktop.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app helps us to promote our business and to let the community about our business and to follow us easily. We get educational info, office updates, change of hours, closings and etc. We managed to attract huge amount of audience to our Facebook page.
