PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that Facetime is so easy to use. You can access and use it on multiple Mac platforms, which increases its utility value. Plus, it is tidier than Skype as you can use its sync with iCloud to organize your work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The major negative is you can communicate only with Apple users. Skype is more versatile and functional across different platforms and offers more advanced features. Facetime is more suitable for casual communication.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Facetime to easily communicate with my contacts. It is great for my work as I can share my Macbook screen with users to resolve technical issues. I think this screen sharing feature is available only on Skype’s premium version.
