What are the best aspects of this product?
The software makes managing employee data and tracking leave balances a breeze. Plus, the customer support team is always quick to respond and super helpful—like having a support team that actually cares!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t have many complaints, except for the dashboard design—it’s the one thing that could use a little more love! Everything else is awesome, though!
