What are the best aspects of this product?
factoHR is hands down the most user-friendly HRMS software I’ve come across.
It doesn’t just save our time and effort—it feels like having an extra pair of hands in the office (minus the coffee breaks). We rely on it completely for our daily operations, and it’s never let us down. Everything we need, from features to integrations, is conveniently packed under one roof—because who has time to juggle multiple tools?
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think the reports section can be improved by adding consolidated reports.
